Before we begin production, we provide a digital proof for your review and approval. This step allows you to carefully verify all details — including artwork, layout, colors, and spelling — before your job is sent to print.
Because each product is made to order and approved by you, once a proof has been approved, no returns, refunds, or reprints can be issued. This policy ensures accuracy and fairness throughout our production process.
If you receive your order and believe there is a manufacturing defect or the product does not match the approved proof, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Our team will promptly review your concern, and if an error is confirmed on our part, we will reprint or replace the affected items at no additional cost.
